Introduction

This blog has been set up to provide a conduit for the dissemination and feedback arising from discussions taking place at the University of Aberdeen College of Arts and Social Science (CASS) Strategic Communications and Information Technology Committee (SCIT).

The CASS-SCIT includes one representative from each School or equivalent (normally the School Director of IT or substitute), plus representatives from DIT and the Centre for Learning and Teaching, together with the Convenor of the CASS Committee for Teaching and Learning (CASS-CTL) (normally the CASS-DoTL). The CASS-SCIT feeds upwards to the UoA-ISC, horizontally to CASS-CTL, and downwards via School Executives.

This blog is managed by Dr W David McCausland, convenor of the Committee. It is open to comment from any member of the University of Aberdeen (comments will be moderated).
